SAMSUN Disabled Daily Care and Rehabilitation Center
This building is a daily education center for disabled person and their family. The weather in Samsun is generally cloudy. On clear days, no one wants to stay in the building for training. That's why we wanted to make the interior as bright as possible. In this way, we aimed to ensure student concentration. I
n order to keep the light level of the classrooms at the desired level, we used in-window blinds on the windows on the south façade.

We also used vertical gardens as sunshades. In the summer, we planned it to block the sun thanks to the leaves. Due to the fallen leaves in winter, the sun could easily reach the classrooms.

The building was highly appreciated and accepted as a concept. All projects have been completed but still not built due to construction costs.
